This position offers a competitive salary range of 40,000 - 50,000 yearly, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our firm. Responsibilities
•Evaluate and manage firms operating and information systems (Lawmatics).
•Determine and coordinate with Leadership the administrative functions and requirements for the firm.
•Interview and screen applicants for non-attorney personnel.
•Assist with procedures pertaining to employee evaluations.
•Assist with terminations of non-attorney personnel after consulting with CEO/Owner and Leadership Team.
•Meet daily with the leadership teams to ensure all company positions are producing firm needs and requirements.
•Provide the CEO/Owner with financial accountability for administrative requirements and coordinate support staff needs for cost efficiency. (i.e. firm supplies, firm function budgets, marketing supplies, overtime, employee raises, etc.)
•Evaluate and recommend changes, as appropriate, to the benefits offered by the firm. (i.e. training, leadership courses, Attorney CLE requirements).
•Establish firm policy and procedures, operating manuals, and proper execution with the coordinator.
•Effectively communicate on behalf of the Owner and Managing Partner with firm updates and requirements for firm growth by acting as a liaison for Attorneys and support staff.
•Assist with the establishment and accountability of marketing projects for legal services, client development, and report data received.
•Establish and execute an organized plan of action for firm projects as directed by the CEO/Owner.
•Report daily firm operations data to the CEO/Owner. (i.e.report intake data, human resources data, any substantial firm financial data).
